End User License Agreement

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or the organisation you represent, “you”) and Linespire Reflect (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It governs your use of the Linespire Reflect add-on for Archicad, including any updates, installers, and documentation we provide (the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

1. Relationship to Our Other Terms

The Software connects to the Linespire Reflect online service, which is governed by our Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Both are incorporated into this EULA. If this EULA and the Terms of Service conflict on a matter concerning the installed Software, this EULA applies.

2. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

  • Install and use the Software in conjunction with a validly licensed copy of Graphisoft Archicad; and
  • Activate the Software on up to the number of machines or team members allowed by your plan (for example, the Free Trial allows one machine and Pro allows two activations). Current plan limits are shown on our website and in your dashboard.

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

3. Free Trial

  • Free trial licenses are for evaluation, are limited to one per person and one per machine, and include a limited number of credits.
  • Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional trial credits is prohibited. We may suspend or remove accounts that do so.

4. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by this EULA or by law that cannot be excluded, you must not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive its source code;
  • Share, publish, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license key, or allow anyone outside your plan’s permitted users to use it;
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with license verification, activation limits, credit accounting, or other technical protections;
  • Use the Software to access the service through automated means beyond normal use within Archicad, or in a way that harms the service or other users;
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the Software; or
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or to create content that infringes another person’s rights.

5. Activation, Internet Connection & Data

  • Internet Required: The Software requires an internet connection and a valid account to activate and to generate renders. Rendering is performed by our online service and third-party AI providers, not on your computer.
  • License Verification: To enforce activation limits, the Software sends your license key and a machine identifier derived from your computer to our servers.
  • Project Data: When you render, the Software sends the captured view, any reference image, your prompt, and your project name to our service. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Updates & Availability

  • We may release updates, fixes, or new versions of the Software. Some updates may be required to keep using the online service.
  • We may add, change, or remove features, and we may stop supporting older versions of Archicad or operating systems.
  • Because the Software depends on our online service and third-party providers, we do not guarantee it will be available at all times or error-free.

7. Ownership & Your Content

  • Our Software: The Software, including its code, design, and documentation, and all intellectual property rights in it, are owned by us or our licensors.
  • Your Content: We claim no ownership over your models, views, prompts, or the renders produced for you. Ownership of inputs and outputs is described in our Terms of Service.
  • Feedback: If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

8. Graphisoft & Third Parties

  • Archicad is a trademark of Graphisoft SE. Linespire Reflect is an independent product developed by us. Graphisoft is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Software or its support.
  • Your use of Archicad remains subject to your license agreement with Graphisoft.
  • The Software and service rely on third-party services (including Google Cloud, Supabase, Stripe, and Resend). We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by those providers.

9. Fees

Subscriptions, credits, and top-up packs are billed through Stripe and are governed by our Terms of Service. Using the Software to generate renders consumes credits from your account.

10. Term & Termination

  • This EULA applies from when you first install or use the Software until it is terminated.
  • Your right to use paid features ends if your subscription ends or payment fails.
  • We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach this EULA, including the restrictions in section 4.
  • You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Software and cancelling any subscription.
  • On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 4, 7, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.

11. Warranties & Australian Consumer Law

  • Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Subject to those rights, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • AI-generated renders are conceptual visualizations only and must not be relied upon for structural, safety, or regulatory purposes, as set out in our Terms of Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Total Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this EULA or the Software is limited to the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Indirect Loss: We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, damage to project files, or any consequential or indirect damages.
  • Statutory Remedies: Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.

14. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Software after an update means you accept the updated EULA.
